Welcome to Top Image Photography. By booking a session, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
Top Image Photography provides photography services including portraits, events, and commercial photography. Services vary by package and written agreement.
2. Booking and Payments
You must pay a deposit to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the session date unless stated otherwise in writing. All payments are non-refundable unless we cancel the session.
Example: If you book a portrait session and cancel two days before, you forfeit the deposit.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. We may cancel due to illness, weather, equipment failure, or emergencies. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session.
4. Late Arrivals
Arriving late reduces your session time. Sessions end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.
Example: A 30-minute session still ends at the original time if you arrive 10 minutes late.
5. Creative Style
You hire Top Image Photography for our style, editing, and creative judgment. Editing choices are final. We do not release unedited RAW files.
6. Image Delivery
Delivery times vary by project and are shared before or after the session. Delivery occurs through digital galleries or agreed formats.
7. Copyright and Usage
Top Image Photography owns the copyright to all images. You receive a personal or commercial usage license based on your package.
You may:
Share images online
Print images for personal use
You may not:
Sell images
Alter images for commercial use
Remove watermarks if applied
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Obtaining permissions at locations
Ensuring subjects cooperate
Informing us of restrictions or special requests
9. Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or lost items during sessions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Agreement
Payment of this invoice confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below.Deposits
All deposits are non refundable. A booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.Photography Services
All photography sessions and shoots are non refundable once completed, regardless of attendance, satisfaction, or usage.Additional Images
Refunds apply only to unused additional images purchased separately and not delivered or edited. Once images are delivered, no refunds apply.Cancellations and No Shows
If you cancel or fail to attend your scheduled session, you forfeit all payments made, including deposits.Rescheduling

You agree not to dispute or charge back payments for completed services. Any chargebacks may result in collection efforts.Late Payments

Images may not be used, shared, published, or distributed in any form until they are officially delivered and the invoice is paid in full. Preview, proof, or unreleased images may not be used under any circumstances.Copyright and Usage Rights
We retain full copyright to all images until full payment is received. Usage rights are granted only after payment in full and apply to personal use unless otherwise stated in writing.Creative Style

By making payment and accepting these terms, you grant us permission to use delivered images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing.Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.
